1. How to make a withdrawal?
Members who make a withdrawal for the first time need to click the【Profile】button or click the【Withdrawal】button to complete adding a bank account. Each member can add one to three bank accounts required for withdrawals. After completing the first step, members can fill in all the withdrawal details, make sure that all the information is correct and click submit. Our Withdrawal Department will complete the member's withdrawal order in short time.
2. What is the minimum amount required for a withdrawal?
The minimum amount required for each withdrawal is HKD100.00 .
3. How long will it take to process my withdrawal?
Depending on the volume of withdrawal orders at that time, normally all withdrawal orders will be completed within 15 minutes. We may need additional time to process large amount of withdrawal orders (more than one million HKD). If your withdrawal order has not been processed for more than 30 minutes, please contact our 24-hour online customer service for assistance.
4. Are there any withdrawal fees?
There is no fee or charge incurred for withdrawals.
5. Are my transaction details secure?
MYR20 is equipped with the most advanced security system and encryption software (256-bit SSL encryption standard) to ensure that members' information security and personal property are protected.
6. Can I update my withdrawal bank information?
You can contact our online customer service to update your bank information. Your request will be processed after verifying.
7. Can I make a withdrawal through a third party account?
All withdrawal requests must be made through the bank account registered in the user's MYR206 profile, the registered names on both the MYR20 account and the bank account must match.
